Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions govern all photography, videography, and media production services provided by Rob G. Creative. By booking services, paying an invoice, or participating in a session, the client agrees to the following terms.

1. Booking & Retainers

A booking is confirmed only when:

• A non-refundable retainer is paid
• The session date is reserved on the calendar

Retainers are applied toward the total project cost and secure the scheduled date and time.

Retainers are non-refundable due to the loss of other potential bookings.

2. Payment Terms

Remaining balances are due:

• Photoshoots: before or on the day of the session
• Video projects: according to the invoice schedule
• Weddings & events: no later than 7 days before the event

Failure to submit final payment may result in:

• Cancellation of services
• Delayed delivery of content
• Withholding of final images or video files

Rob G. Creative accepts payment via:

• Credit Card
• Zelle
• Cash App
• Other approved methods

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

If a client cancels:

• Retainers are non-refundable
• Payments beyond the retainer may be refunded at the discretion of Rob G. Creative

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

Rescheduling may be subject to availability.

4. No Shows & Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late will still be limited to the original session time booked.

If a client does not arrive for a session within 15 minutes, the session may be considered a no-show, and the booking will be forfeited.

5. Creative Style & Editing

By hiring Rob G. Creative, the client acknowledges familiarity with the photographer/videographer’s style, editing approach, and artistic direction.

Final images and videos are edited at the discretion of Rob G. Creative.

The following are not included unless specified:

• RAW files
• Unedited video footage
• Extensive body or facial reshaping
• Major background manipulation

Additional editing requests may incur additional fees.

6. Turnaround Time

Typical delivery timelines:

Photography
• 5–10 business days

Events / large galleries
• 10–14 business days

Video projects
• Timelines vary depending on project scope

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

7. Image & Video Usage Rights

Rob G. Creative retains copyright ownership of all images and video created.

Clients receive a personal or commercial usage license depending on the type of project.

Clients may:

• Post images on social media
• Use images for personal promotion
• Use images for agreed commercial purposes

Clients may not:

• Resell images
• Edit or alter images significantly
• Apply heavy filters or modifications

Credit to Rob G. Creative is appreciated when possible.

8. Promotional Use

Rob G. Creative reserves the right to use images and video for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing materials

Clients who require full privacy must request this in writing before the shoot.

9. Location & Environment

Clients are responsible for:

• Securing shooting locations
• Obtaining required permissions
• Following location rules and regulations

Rob G. Creative is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues or property owners.

10. Liability

Rob G. Creative is not responsible for:

• Injuries during sessions
• Unsafe environments
• Weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots
• Interference from guests or participants

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or catastrophic data loss, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

11. Force Majeure

Rob G. Creative shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Illness
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Travel disruptions
• Venue closures

Every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

12. Delivery & Archiving

Final images and videos are delivered digitally.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up files upon delivery.

Rob G. Creative is not responsible for maintaining archives indefinitely.

13. Agreement

By booking services with Rob G. Creative, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

KITT Advice (Important)

For your situation — since you're booking many different types of clients (sports, brands, individuals, weddings) — I would add two extra protections that most photographers forget:

1️⃣ Content delivery clause

So people can't harass you about timing.

2️⃣ Charge for rescheduling

Prevents last-minute chaos.

If you'd like, I can also build you a much stronger “Photographer Protection Version” that includes:

• Late payment penalties
• Client behavior clause
• Weather policy
• Model release language
• Commercial licensing rates
• Kill fee for canceled video shoots
• Charge for RAW file requests ($500+)

That version is what commercial photographers and studios use, and it will protect you much better as your business grows.

Good call. These two clauses will save you a lot of headaches, especially as you scale your shoots to brands, athletes, and businesses like you’ve been doing.

14. Content Delivery Policy

Rob G. Creative maintains professional editing standards and schedules post-production according to workload and project complexity.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines but may vary depending on:

• Project scope
• Editing requirements
• Current production schedule
• Client revision requests

Clients agree not to request or demand delivery outside of the stated timeline unless an expedited editing fee is agreed upon in advance.

Expedited delivery may be available depending on availability and may incur an additional fee.

Repeated requests for early delivery do not alter the agreed turnaround time.

15. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their session one time without penalty if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Additional rescheduling requests or requests made within 48 hours of the session may require a rescheduling fee of $75–$150, depending on the project type.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If a client fails to attend a session without notice, the session may be considered forfeited, and a new booking will require a new retainer.
